Meditation is one of the major keys to success in life.
Moving out of my comfort zone and into the city has given me the courage to try new and exciting adventures.  It has taught me that if I don't leap, I will never know if I can fly!
I'm learning that functionality is a very important component of fitness.  Working with a trainer that ensures that your muscles, joints, etc. remain in the best condition while building strength and muscle should be a top priority.  Ryan Wolfe is one such trainer.  I've become leaner and stronger while address problems in my IT band.  I highly recommend him.
